Hey there, I’ve forwarded your issue to our team for investigation. Either I or another team member will get back to you. You should not need a VPN to participate; each team will receive a compute instance on a hackathon reserved GPU cloud. hey ashley @Ayllee_AMD , you haven’t contacted me yet, my cloud credits on the amd developer cloud are still missing, i saw in the discord announcements for the hackathon that members that signed up after 2nd of july will get their credits july 7th, is that the case for me? to remind you: i registered mid-late june and i got the 100$ credits but after a week or so they were taken out of my account, i lost them and now i don’t have any credits, i tried registring again but still nothing. please help. my discord is @k\_o4433 ---

Hello, there are two types of credits. The cut-off dates of 2nd/7th applies to the $50 in Fireworks AI API credits dedicated for the hackathon participatns. To participate in the hackathon you don’t need the $100 AMD Developer Cloud credits. I understand you are experiencing missing credits in your account right now - due to fraud prevention and a high volume of requests, we recently needed to revoke issued credits (AMD Developer Cloud) and re-evaluate pending requests. We apologize for the extended processing time and appreciate your patience and understanding. ---
