**What’s in it:** ROCm 10.1 goes after the thing quietly capping your throughput: data movement, not raw FLOPs. This point release ships a broad slate of compiler, library, and tooling improvements aimed squarely at the memory and interconnect bottlenecks that increasingly dominate training performance as model and cluster sizes grow.

**Why it matters to you:** If you’ve already squeezed your kernels and you’re still leaving performance on the table, this is where it’s hiding. The release continues the ROCm.AI-native developer experience direction introduced with ROCm 10.0, so teams already on 10.0 should find the upgrade path familiar.
