help
just picked up a Halo 395 (Windows).
it starts to boot, shows the AMD logo, shows Hi There, then goes to Why did my PC reset?
i’ve tried both wired ethernet and WiFi connections.
is there some udpate I can apply?

i replaced it with the seller.
the seller mentioned getting stuck in a boot loop is common for the windows sku and that they’ve requested an updated BIOS from AMD.
my replacement also got stuck in the same boot loop.
when you go into the bios - advanced - reset of the windows sku. it says something to the effect of there is no linux image.
